Sean O'Hagan's career is marked by significant highlights and achievements, including a 100% growth in revenue and profitability within six years, development of a supply chain strategy leading to 99% On-Time Delivery, and a gross margin increase of 10%. He successfully redefined and directed strategies for portfolio expansion into Defense, Commercial, and Aero-Space sectors and was the architect of the Manitowoc Operating System, improving operational efficiency.

In his executive roles, Sean served as the Senior Performance Center Director at Ducommun Incorporated, where he achieved record-breaking financial performance. As Vice President of Global Process Improvement at The Manitowoc Company, he led global operational excellence initiatives, and at Oshkosh Corporation, he was a Corporate Lean Sensei, instrumental in developing and implementing operational systems. His educational background includes an MBA from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Quality Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Michigan University, along with a Lean Manufacturing Certificate from the University of Michigan.
